mostly is a habit tracker built on one idea: you don't have to be perfect to build good habits. Traditional habit apps count consecutive days. Miss one day and your 90-day progress resets to zero. Research shows this creates anxiety and guilt, the opposite of what builds habits. mostly replaces streaks with weekly targets. Set a goal like 4 out of 7 days. Hit your target most days, rest when you need to. No punishment for being human.
