WHY ON-DEVICE MATTERS The receipts you keep are a record of where you've been, what you've bought, and how much you've spent. ReceiptSnap treats that as private by default. The OCR runs on your iPhone using Apple's Vision framework. The images live in your iCloud-backed app data — they are never uploaded to a ReceiptSnap server, because there is no ReceiptSnap server. No analytics. No tracking. No ad SDKs. No "share for a discount". No business tier we're trying to upsell you to.
