Capture the customer's name and phone, the vehicle type, make, model, and plate number, the intake date, the customer's reported complaints, and an estimated delivery date. As work progresses, log every replaced part with its quantity and unit price, and add labor charges line by line. SpannerDesk auto-calculates parts totals, labor totals, and the grand total, so the final number is always one tap away. Active Jobs gives the floor a live view of everything currently in the shop. Filter by Pending, In Progress, or Ready, swipe to remove finished cards, and tap any tile to open the full job. When a job is delivered, it slides into Job History where it can be searched by customer name or plate number for quick lookup later. The Reports screen turns the shop's daily activity into clear visuals. See monthly job counts and revenue across the last six months, view a status distribution chart, and review headline stats like total jobs, active jobs, total revenue, and revenue this month — all powered by the data already on the device.
