Now tracking your workout progress is easy peasy: -> After each exercise (in the gym or at home) go to Workout Tracker -> Press '+' button to add new record -> Select your exercise from the list (You can always add Your own) -> Specify the number of repetitions, sets, time and weight -> That's all!
