CopCam is a specialized camera app for professional incident and operational documentation. It is designed for police officers, firefighter and other professionals, as well as private users who want to capture photos and videos specifically for documentation, or even for evidentiary purpose. CopCam combines familiar camera controls with features that assure authenticity of your recordings. Recordings are secured cryptographically to make any later tampering detectable. In addition, information such as date, time, GPS position, heading, and a map view can be burned directly into the footage (optional). Formats and coordinate systems (WGS84/ETRS89, OSGB36 and LV95) can be adjusted to meet your requirements. Privacy is implemented consistently, CopCam works fully offline. Media is stored separately from the iOS Photos library and can be shared quickly or transferred to other computer on your local network.
